Upon booking, the initial payment will act as a deposit to secure a single individual's appointment, with the outstanding balance due at the appointment. For group bookings, kindly arrange separate appointments for each person to ensure smooth scheduling.

- Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We provide lasering services at our workshop in Llandeilo, SA19 6AE. The pricing details are as follows:
- 9ct gold permanent bracelet: From £100 (including securing it on)
- Silver permanent bracelet: £50 (including securing it on)
- 9ct gold charm addition: £50
- Silver charm addition: £35
When booking, the cost serves as a deposit for one person and the entire process takes approximately 20 minutes per individual. Kindly make separate bookings for each person in your group. We look forward to welcoming you!
- Does it hurt?
Not at all. The chain is custom-measured and precisely lasered with a quick, painless flash of light. Rest assured, the entire process is completely safe and performed by one of our experienced jewellers. Your appointment is allocated 20 minutes, yet the actual zap itself takes just a few seconds.
- Can anyone have it done?
We welcome individuals aged 13 and above. However, participants aged between 13 and 16 years must be accompanied by an adult during the appointment.
- Further Information
Each appointment is set for a duration of 20 minutes, providing ample time for you to carefully choose your chain and any additional charms, get a custom fit, and have your permanent bracelet expertly welded to your wrist.
- Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is mandatory to avoid the full deposit fee being charged.
Once your appointment is booked, a confirmation email will be sent to you, verifying the date and time of your scheduled session.
